Twenty rooms circle a courtyard in the middle of Yountville, all with balconies or patios.

Maison Fleurie, A Four Sisters Inn occupies three ivy-covered buildings that date back to the early 1900s, when the main structure served as a bakery and boarding house. The brick courtyard connects all three buildings, and several rooms open directly onto it with French doors. Guests can bring dogs, and kids are welcome—rare for Yountville inns clustered this near Washington Street.
Breakfast includes warm croissants, fruit tarts, and quiche served in the dining room or carried out to the courtyard tables. Wine and cheese appear every afternoon around four, set out on the sideboard in the main parlor. Guests check in at a small front desk tucked near the parlor fireplace, then pick up room keys kept in labeled wooden cubbies. Most rooms have either a balcony or direct courtyard access, and the doors stay open most of the day when weather allows.
The pale yellow stucco and dark green shutters face Washington Street, half a block from Bouchon Bakery and the cluster of tasting rooms between Madison and Mulberry. Ivy climbs the walls of the original bakery building, and the smaller carriage house sits behind it, separated by a central courtyard with wrought-iron bistro tables. A third structure, the Old Bakery Building, holds four rooms with exposed brick and wood-beam ceilings. The property sits on less than an acre, so everything is within a few steps.
Request a room with a balcony for a peaceful view of the gardens. The inn is dog-friendly, making it easy to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Be aware that the inn’s charming layout may not be ideal for those who prefer modern hotel amenities.
