InnRiver Terrace Inn
Guest rooms overlook the water or downtown, and the riverfront patio runs the length of the building.

Milliken Creek Inn gives every room a view of the river — some terraces hang just above the water, others face upstream where herons fish at dawn. Breakfast arrives at your door in a basket, and the bicycles leaning near the entrance are free to borrow for rides into town or along the Vine Trail.
Breakfast is delivered in a wicker basket before nine — croissants, fruit, yogurt, and a thermos of coffee — and most guests eat on their terrace. The river is shallow here, and the sound of it carries through the open windows at night. Bicycles are parked near the front door, and the staff keeps maps of the Vine Trail and downtown tasting rooms at the desk.

The inn is a long, low building that follows the curve of the Napa River, set back from the main road by a gravel drive lined with sycamores. Each of the twelve rooms has its own exterior entrance and a terrace that looks out over the water or the lawn sloping down to the bank. It's a fifteen-minute walk to the Oxbow Public Market and the wine bars on First Street.
Request a river view room for the most serene experience, as these offer the best vantage point for enjoying the sunset. Guests should take advantage of the complimentary bicycles to explore the scenic nearby vineyards and trails, enhancing their stay with local adventures. The inn is also very accommodating for families, ensuring that kids feel welcome and at home.
