B Cellars pairs every tasting with bites from their Hospitality House kitchen.
B Cellars Winery is nestled among the renowned wineries of Oakville Cross Road, featuring a state-of-the-art wine production facility and stunning vineyard views. The winery emphasizes sustainable practices and offers personalized wine and food pairing experiences, making it a unique destination for wine lovers. Visitors can enjoy tours, tastings, and private events in a welcoming atmosphere that includes a Hospitality House with an interactive kitchen.
The Oakville Trek at $150 starts with a garden tour, moves into wine caves, then finishes with seated wine and food pairings guided by a dedicated host. The Elevage experience takes guests through fermentation to barrel to bottling in an interactive format that shows winemaking process step by step.

The Hospitality House centers around an interactive kitchen where cooks prepare small plates timed to each pour. Vineyard views stretch toward Oakville Cross Road, where B Cellars sits among neighboring wineries in one of Napa Valley's most concentrated wine production corridors. Inside, wine caves offer cool, dark respite between garden visits and seated tastings.

The Oakville Trek and Elevage experiences both run $150 and include food prepared in-house to match each wine. Guides pour and narrate through estate grounds, caves, and seated areas, explaining vineyard sourcing and blending decisions. For deeper dives, the Beckstoffer Heritage Experience and Assemblage are available by inquiry.

An extraordinary experience led by your personal Wine Guide begins with a tour of our garden and estate grounds. Along the way, guests visit our extensive wine caves followed by a seated wine and food pairing in the Hospitality House. The Trek features five award-winning wines selected from our portfolio of appellation and vineyard designates and proprietary blends. Accompanied by seasonal “B Bites” prepared à la minute, guests develop an appreciation of how food accentuates wine.
Elevage, by definition – “the process of nurturing the wine from harvest, through fermentation to barrel, to bottling”. In this experience, your B Cellars Wine Guide leads an interactive, educational conversation where guests enjoy wines featuring different varietals from several Napa Valley American Viticulture Areas (AVA’s). After a tour of the property, we delve into 4 bottled wines, complemented by a selection of cheeses and charcuterie curated by Chef Derick.
