The Oakville Trek
$150An extraordinary experience led by your personal Wine Guide begins with a tour of our garden and estate grounds. Along the way, guests visit our extensive wine caves followed by a seated wine and food pairing in the Hospitality House. The Trek features five award-winning wines selected from our portfolio of appellation and vineyard designates and proprietary blends. Accompanied by seasonal “B Bites” prepared à la minute, guests develop an appreciation of how food accentuates wine.

The Elevage
$150Elevage, by definition – “the process of nurturing the wine from harvest, through fermentation to barrel, to bottling”. In this experience, your B Cellars Wine Guide leads an interactive, educational conversation where guests enjoy wines featuring different varietals from several Napa Valley American Viticulture Areas (AVA’s). After a tour of the property, we delve into 4 bottled wines, complemented by a selection of cheeses and charcuterie curated by Chef Derick.
