A Russian River Valley estate featuring a sculpture grove and three tasting options.
Paradise Ridge Winery, founded by Walter Byck and Marijke Hoenselaars in 1994, is a beloved destination in Sonoma County, known for its stunning estate overlooking the Russian River Valley. The winery features a unique sculpture garden and a commitment to community and sustainability, offering award-winning wines and breathtaking views that create memorable experiences for visitors. After recovering from the devastating 2017 Tubbs fire, the winery has continued to thrive under the stewardship of the Byck family, maintaining a legacy of art, philanthropy, and exceptional winemaking.
The Splash of Paradise — complimentary three-wine preview offered Monday through Thursday from 11:00 to 2:00 — gives visitors a no-pressure introduction before committing to a full flight. Walter Byck and Marijke Hoenselaars rebuilt after the 2017 Tubbs fire with a focus on art installations and community space alongside their estate vineyards.

The sculpture grove disperses contemporary installations across the property, inviting guests to wander between pieces with views stretching over Russian River Valley below. Byck family stewardship since 1994 has layered art, philanthropy, and viticulture into the same hillside acreage. The rebuilt tasting space — open and light-filled after fire restoration — anchors visitors before they step outside to explore the grounds.
Splash of Paradise runs weekdays mid-morning through early afternoon, pouring three wines at no charge and allowing guests to decide whether to upgrade. Estate Tasting ($35) pours four wines including Grandview Sauvignon Blanc and estate Pinot Noirs, while Explorer Tasting ($45) shifts focus to bold reds sourced largely from Rockpile Viticultural Area. Bottles are available for purchase after any preview or tasting.
Join us Monday – Thursday 11:00 – 2:00 for a complimentary splash of three wines to whet your Paradise palette. Option to purchase a full flight or by the bottle available after your preview.
