The Setting
Villa Fiore rises above five landscaped acres terraced into Dry Creek Valley hillside, fountain water trickling past Mediterranean plantings between rows of towering olives. Four experiences range from the $40 Classic Wine Tasting—a four-wine, kid-friendly flight—to Pranzo Della Casa, a $90 family-style pairing that gathers groups at shared tables. Aperitivo Pergola ($125) adds antipasti outdoors, while Fontana Pergola ($95) pours behind Villa Fiore under those transplanted olives. Staff walk through vineyard sources for each pour, and the Riserva option stretches to 90 minutes with hand-selected, site-specific bottles.
