Mary Roy combines chef training with organic winemaking on this Dry Creek Valley ranch.
Capo Creek Winery, founded by Mary Roy and Bob Covert in 2013, is nestled in the picturesque Dry Creek Valley. With a focus on organic farming and small-batch winemaking, Mary combines her culinary skills with her winemaking expertise to create unique food and wine pairing experiences that delight visitors. The winery prides itself on its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to sustainability, making it a special destination for wine lovers.
Mary's Table puts you in the founder's private garden for six courses with six wines, all cooked and poured by chef-winemaker Mary Roy herself. Bob Covert and Mary founded Capo Creek in 2013 with a commitment to organic farming and small-batch production that shows in every glass.

The Garden Terrace overlooks Dry Creek Valley vineyards with Geyser Peak visible in the distance. Guests sit among plantings that supply herbs and vegetables for the kitchen, where Mary prepares everything from bar bites to multi-course meals. The working ranch atmosphere feels more like visiting a friend's farm than a formal tasting room.

Belly Up to the Bar seats you for six wines and fresh kitchen bites at $55, while Taste of the Day brings four courses with five wines to the Garden Terrace for $95. Sunday Brunch starts at 10am with three courses and five pairings. Vineyard Immersion Tasting includes a private vineyard walk, wine cave visit, and lunch over two hours for $165. Staff explain Mary's organic farming approach and how culinary thinking shapes each wine.
