The Theatre of Nature, Sycamore Grove, and Estate Garden anchor the property, each a named stop on sustainability-focused tours. Visitors walk through biodynamic vineyard blocks where soil, rootstock, and clone selections are visible in the field. The Tasting Experience
Taste of the Estate ($65) features the Estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, both from biodynamically farmed land. The Burgundy Sonoma Tasting ($65) includes a live demonstration comparing French and Russian River Valley expressions of the same varietals. Taste and Tour of the Estate ($85) adds a walk through Sycamore Grove and the Estate Garden, where guides explain organic farming methods and Burgundian barrel aging techniques applied here.
