Quivira's certified organic vineyards border Wine Creek, which the winery actively restored to support native salmon runs.
Quivira Vineyards is dedicated to organic farming and sustainability, producing exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of Dry Creek Valley. Founded in 1981, the winery emphasizes biodiversity and environmental harmony, with a commitment to restoring local ecosystems, including Wine Creek, which supports native salmon species. Visitors can enjoy a serene setting with stunning views and curated tasting experiences that highlight their renowned Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rhône varietals.
Wine Creek Ranch produces Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc from vines farmed organically since 1981. Through the Vines tours take visitors by golf cart into certified organic vineyards where the winery's salmon restoration work along Wine Creek becomes visible.

Wine Creek cuts through the property, and Quivira has spent years removing invasive species and replanting native vegetation to bring back spawning habitat for coho and steelhead salmon. The Redwood Grove offers picnic tables under old-growth trees. From the grounds, Mount St. Helena rises to the east. Olive trees shade outdoor seating areas where the Sip & Graze tasting takes place.
