Seating is arranged for 75-minute guided sessions, and the space opens at 11am daily through 3:30pm. Hosts pour from a setup that accommodates both five-wine flights and optional food pairings, with charcuterie boards or Volo Chocolate available alongside the wines.

Hosts guide five-wine flights over 75 minutes, either the Signature Tasting at $35 or the Reserve Tasting at $50 (offered Friday through Sunday). Both require a $10 deposit at booking.
