Mazzocco specializes in single-vineyard designate Zinfandels from Dry Creek Valley.
Mazzocco Sonoma is a distinctive winery located in the picturesque hills of Sonoma County, between the Dry Creek and Alexander valleys. Known for its exceptional single-vineyard Zinfandels, the winery combines a rich history with innovative winemaking practices, producing a diverse range of award-winning wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
Mazzocco bottles Zinfandel from separate vineyards across Dry Creek—loamy valley floors, rugged benchlands, remote rocky mountains—each with its own label. That focus means a flight here shows what dirt and elevation do to the same grape, not just what the winemaker decided to blend.

Mazzocco sits on a saddle between Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley, with views from the garden seating down to Briar Vineyard below. The Wilson family planted the Zinfandel vines that now surround the property after acquiring Mazzocco in 2005. Outdoor tables overlook both the garden and the rows that climb the hillside.

The Garden Tasting ($25) brings a rotating five-wine flight to your outdoor table, with tableside service and views across Briar Vineyard. Groups up to ten can book the Group Tasting ($35) for the same setup and 75-minute window. The Cellar Tour ($25) walks through the estate and production cellar, covering vine-to-bottle process and the property's history since the Wilson family took over.
