The Setting
Eduardo Sarabia's installation currently occupies the tasting spaces, part of an Artist in Residence program that rotates contemporary work through Bella Union's Atrium and outdoor Wren patio. The glass-walled Jewel Box room frames Rutherford vineyards on three sides. Guests who book The Nook gather at a semi-private table that seats up to 12. The Wren is open daily for walk-ins, while the Atrium offers indoor seating for the Taste of Bella.

Taste of Bella ($45) pours three debut releases over an hour, either outdoors at The Wren or inside the Atrium. Cabernet Curiosity ($100) is a communal 90-minute session exploring four small-lot reds. Book The Nook ($100) for groups of up to 12, with signature Cabernet blends and bites over 90 minutes.
