Tedeschi Family Winery occupies a small production facility in Calistoga where barrels and fermentation tanks sit close to where guests taste. No separate hospitality building — visitors stand or sit where wine is actually made. The crushpad adjoins the space, visible during the $75 Vineyard & Crushpad Tour. Equipment and oak dominate the room, not decorative flourishes.
The Tasting Experience
Book a $35 Estate Tasting and you'll pour through four wines with whoever happens to be working — often someone who handles cellar tasks or bottling. They'll walk you through vine-to-bottle decisions without a script. For $75, the Vineyard & Crushpad Tour adds a guided walk through vines and production areas, still tasting four wines but with deeper access to how a small family operation runs harvest and winemaking.
