The Setting
A tower rises above the entrance gardens, visible from the road and marking the property within Rutherford's row of estates. Vineyard rows run behind the winery, planted to varieties bottled under the PEJU label. Art installations dot the grounds, and the front patio looks out over the gardens where guests take the Chef's Tasting. Inside, the tasting space opens directly to the production area.
The Tasting Experience
The Classic Seated Tasting ($65) moves through PEJU's portfolio, pouring the wines that draw repeat visitors. Hosts share tasting notes and vineyard context at communal tables. The Heritage Tasting ($85) pulls library bottles, letting guests compare older vintages with newer reserves. The Estate Tour & Tasting ($95) walks the property before returning for a seated flight of five wines.
