The Setting
The tasting room occupies what was once an equestrian center in Oak Knoll, where horses trained before vines took over. Two outdoor patios face different directions: one toward vineyard rows, the other toward the Vaca Range. Inside, a working fireplace anchors the space during cooler months, with seating arranged for groups who prefer to stay out of the sun.
The Tasting Experience
Both the Outdoor Seated Wine Tasting and Indoor Seated Wine Tasting run $55 and pour through wines sourced from different Napa appellations, sometimes down to individual blocks. Chef Britny Maureze prepares food for the Signature Tasting and Estate Picnic Experience, both served on the patios. Larger parties—nine or more—book the Prestige Tasting at $85 or add the Cheese and Charcuterie Pairing for $40.
