The Setting
The tasting room doubles as a gallery for Salvador Dali etchings, each framed along walls where wine barrels might otherwise stand. Sculptures by Sir Daniel Winn occupy corners and pedestals throughout the space. Large windows look out over the Carneros AVA, where cool-climate conditions suit the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown here since the 1970s.
The Tasting Experience
Tastings begin at $45 and focus on Spectra wines made in the facility, giving visitors a behind-the-scenes look at production. Guests can bring their own food to enjoy during the tasting. Staff pour Chardonnay and Pinot Noir while explaining both the winemaking process and the art collection surrounding them.
