The Setting
A Wellness garden sits just outside the main building, planted with herbs and native species that guests walk through on the Etude Tour & Tasting. The property includes a winery mezzanine where the $65 walking experience stops to pour one of its four wines, giving a view down into the production floor. Indoor seating and an outdoor plaza offer two different backdrops for the Terroir Experience and Cabernet Collection tastings.
The Tasting Experience
Wine educators lead most visits, whether that's a 60-minute Terroir Experience comparing Pinot and Cabernet from different soils or the Cabernet Collection tasting that pulls older vintages from multiple Napa appellations. The Midweek Escape to Etude runs Monday through Thursday at $45 and includes an artisanal cheese and charcuterie plate alongside Carneros portfolio wines. Groups of 15 or more book a reception-style tasting at $60 per person, sampling wines from Carneros, Oregon, and Santa Rita Hills.
