Fred Cline built this 2007 winery as a tribute to his grandfather Valeriano Jacuzzi.
Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, established in 2007 by Fred Cline, pays homage to his grandfather Valeriano Jacuzzi, who instilled a passion for winemaking. The winery features Italian varietals and offers a unique tasting experience that combines the flavors of Italy with the beauty of Sonoma. Visitors can enjoy seasonal wine flights and curated food pairings in a setting that reflects the family's Italian heritage.
A Taste of Italy pairs a flight of Italian varietals with Costeaux bakery bread and olive oil from The Olive Press, both Sonoma producers. The All'Italiana tasting brings family-style Mediterranean small plates to a 75-dollar seated experience in the Grand, a format that mirrors Italian Sunday lunches more than standard Sonoma wine country pours.
The Grand anchors the property — a high-ceilinged venue where All'Italiana tastings unfold around shared tables. Italian varietals occupy the tasting menu: Arneis, Barbera, Primitivo, Sangiovese. Outside, Carneros vineyard rows stretch toward the southern edge of Sonoma, where cooling breezes off San Pablo Bay keep temperatures lower than Napa Valley floors just east. The architecture nods to Tuscan farmhouses without replicating them.

A Taste of Italy runs 35 dollars and includes four pours alongside warm bread, olive oil, and balsamic. Aperitivo Tasting offers salty snacks with lighter-style wines for 45 dollars. Group Tasting is a standing format, also 35 dollars, where hosts pour through Italian varietals in rotation. All'Italiana requires a reservation and seats guests for a longer, hosted meal-and-wine pairing.

The most educational experience in our portfolio. Join us for a progressive tour led by a Jacuzzi host to learn all about the history & winemaking practices of the winery, while tasting through a flight of four wines.
This experience is our homage to a long-standing tradition that celebrates great wine, great food, and great company. The Aperitivo tasting is lighter in style with salty snacks that enhance the wines' flavors.
