The building houses separate spaces: a standing bar for the $35 Signature Tasting and seated Legacy Lounge alcoves for small-lot pours.

Three formats split visits by price and formality. The $35 Signature Tasting pours Brut Rosé and Pinot Noir while standing, no food. Legacy Lounge seats guests for $50 flights—either all sparkling or mixed with still wines, cheese optional. The Bubble Room ($175) commits diners to five courses with wine matches chosen from varietal and sparkling portfolios, ingredients sourced locally, menu in flux.
